Deep tissue massage is often recommended for individuals experiencing consistent pain, those involved in heavy physical activity, and athletes and patients with chronic, or recurrent injury. Your massage will be on a massage table (220 kg capability), and the therapist will use their hands, elbows, feet and a bit of stretching during the massage.
Relaxation Massage
A gentle massage designed to recover clients from daily stresses of everyday life. Therapists use long gliding, stokes and other Swedish massage techniques to provide a deeply relaxing massage without discomfort. You will finish feeling wonderfully relaxed and fresh.

Foot Massage and Reflexology
Foot massage and reflexology is aimed to promote general well-being in this area of the body through stimulation of your parasympathetic nerve systems. Therapists use peppermint or lemongrass foot massage liquid balm to reduce stiffness and lift your mood. We concentrate on soft tissues, deeper tissue, long stokes through your calf muscles, and gently firm pressure on the reflex points. The feeling will be great, but not hurt.

We supply loose fitting clothing for our clients, and you will enjoy the massage on a big wooden, comfortable bed.
