Redeem Gift Cards - FAQs
How long is the validity of my gift card?
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards cannot be extended beyond their initial validation period or be replaced if lost or stolen.
How do I use my gift card?
You can book online by inserting your gift card details at the time of payment, alternatively you are welcome to contact our friendly team on 0422 083 347 with your gift card details. Please allow 24 hours for gift cards to be activated before redeeming.
Can I return a gift card or redeem it for cash?
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be used to purchase a new gift card or swapped for cash.
You can however use your gift card for it’s monetary value of Thai massage services.
Are gift cards transferable?
Gift cards are not transferable between guests.
